BOOKING
POLICY
48 HOURS - PERTH
7 DAYS - GERALDTON
BOOKINGS
In order to secure any appointment at Daisy Skin, we ask for your full name, Australian mobile number and email address. This ensures you receive important appointment confirmations, reminders, and allows for effective communication if any changes are required.
A Booking Fee is required to reserve your appointment time, which will be deducted from the total cost on the day. Depending on the treatment, the Booking Fee is $50–$100.
CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call within the "notice period" (48 HOURS for PERTH, 7 DAYS for GERALDTON), and your Booking Fee will either be refunded or used to secure a future appointment.
If providing less time than the notice period, the Booking Fee will be forfeited.
To secure another appointment a new Booking Fee will be required.
VOUCHERS, SPECIAL OFFERS & LOYALTY REWARDS
Only one voucher, offer, special, loyalty bonus or gift voucher may be redeemed per appointment.
Multiple promotions or discounts cannot be combined within the same booking.
ARRIVAL TIME / LATE ARRIVAL
We've set aside dedicated time for your appointment (sometimes up to 3 hours), which prevents other clients booking in.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow some time to settle in, go to the toilet, and sign a form if required.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and the full fee will still apply.
NO-SHOW POLICY
You will be considered a "no-show" if you miss your scheduled appointment or cancel/reschedule within the notice period. In this instance the Booking Fee will be forfeited.
To secure another appointment a new Booking Fee will be required.
In the event you no-show twice, the full cost of the service must be paid in advance.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON SAFETY, PATCH TESTING & INFORMED CONSENT
At Daisy Skin, patch testing has always been available upon request, and all clients have continuously been provided with access to full pre-care, aftercare and treatment information prior to their appointment — including via email/SMS reminders linking directly to these details on our website.
By proceeding with your appointment, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to request a patch test in advance, ask questions, and clarify any concerns.
From 2025 onward, patch testing is more actively encouraged as part of our enhanced safety protocols, but it has always remained available to every client as an option.
